Empowering the Individual Investors

Welcome to StocksWise.com!

This site has a simple mission - to give you a better chance to make money in the stock market by using and understanding the benefits of using longer term charts.

When we say trade stocks on the long term, we meant you buy or sell short stocks using the buy/sell signals on this site for six months or more (unless a "stop-out" signal is given) and hope to sell later with profits.

Our trading algorithm will shows you the market's best stock to do investment trading in for maximum investment possibilities. In this site, you can find Stocks where you can invest in for six months or more and make money.

Have you ever wondered why people always lose money in the stock market. Well, they never buy stocks at the low and held on to them for far to long before they had to sell, usually with losses.

In this site, our investment trading algorithm will tell you exactly when to buy stocks and exactly when to sell them by actually showing the buy and sell signals on the charts. We concentrate on finding distressed stocks that are just starting their long term bullish move for the biggest "bang for the buck"'.

Investment trading is not investing, when you are investing you select a few well researched stocks and like real estate investing you hold on to them forever much like what Warren Buffett does. The purpose of investing is cash flow first, capital gain last. In investment trading, capital gains and capital protection is the priority.

One example of what we do here, as mentioned above, is to identify good low risk buying opportunities for stocks that have moved lower in the recent months and are now showing signs of breaking out in anticipation of higher prices.

For example, in the chart for TYCO below, “A” and “B” are examples of such low risk breakout signal we are talking about. It is the breakout into (from below) or out of (from within) our “money belt” lines (blue parallel lines) that our algorithm use to identify buying opportunities.

We search all the major NYSE and Nasdaq stocks in our list for such buy signals and report them to you.

Our strong suggestion is, don't be greedy, invest in the stocks when there is a buy signal, wait for at least six months or exit the trade when you get 25% profit or more.

In most cases, from our experiences using our “money belt” breakout system with monthly charts, you should see profit in the first six month of the trade and depending on your feel of the fundamentals reinforcing the trend further we highly recommend you limit the trade to six months or 25% which ever comes first.

You should however exit the trade when you see the red “X” sign on the chart unless you have fundamental information not to do so.
